Our journey began with a deep passion for assisting others who are
interested in discovering their true Self, passion and purpose in life.
We approach healing with a holistic and compassionate perspective. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their inner selves and experience transformation on all levels. We are dedicated to maintaining a high frequency space that is supportive to your emotional and spiritual growth.
Socrates once said, "To know thyself is the beginning of all wisdom." This statement encourages self-reflection, self discovery and understanding of the greater reality. Further, this suggests that through the process of bringing awareness and more of your true Self into your conscious mind you are able to access more of your boundless potential and the vast possibilities within you to create your reality from. The underlying problematic issue (in the form of a block, limitation, belief or concept) as well as the solution always resides within the person having the experience because at their core the true Self is infinite, whole and limitless so we must remove what is blocking access to it. These blocks consist of the conditioning, programs and attachments that have accumulated throughout life. We are here to assist the client in self discovery through introspection to get to the root of the limiting beliefs and societal/religious/cultural conditioning that is preventing them from realizing what they are truly capable of. It is a process of uncovering, acknowledging and removing everything that no long serves the highest good of the individual. You must do the work to liberate yourself. We serve as a mirror and guide. You can think of it as bringing the butterfly out of the caterpillar. This is what true alchemy is.
Nikola Tesla stated, "If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." This simple but profound truth is the basis for how we operate at SacredSolace Restoration Haven. We harness the power of high frequency energy in all we do to facilitate healing at the highest level.
Where attention goes, energy flows. What we give our attention to grows because we are giving it our energy. The reverse is also true. By no longer giving our attention (energy) to something, we detach from it and reclaim our energy for other purposes.
Frequency
Our vibration is love, peace, clarity, joy and power and passion. Energy exist in frequency (the rate at which a vibration oscillates) and the frequency we operate at determines what we are capable of creating and how we experience life. The higher the frequency, the closer we are to the divine, our true essence. When we operate at higher frequencies we are able to experience those pristine states of love joy, peace, power clarity and passion. Lower frequencies are associated with what we would say are undesirable emotional states such as fear, anger, anxiety, confusion, stress, violence and depression. We always have the choice in which frequency to operate in and experience. To raise our frequency and experience the higher frequency states requires that we stop identifying with those things that exist in the lower frequencies. This is called detachment, and we do this in order to free our energy to manifest the life we truly desire.
