My journey began with a deep passion for understanding the underpinnings and workings of the greater reality, and to answer the questions we all ask ourselves:
"Who am I?" "Why am I here?" "What is my purpose?"
What I found was illuminating, transformative and highly rewarding.
I approach inner work with a holistic and compassionate perspective. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, nurturing and high frequency environment where individuals can explore their inner selves and experience transformative healing on all levels. I am dedicated to promote the truth and metaphysics of self-healing which will enhance your physical, mental, emotional well being as well as your spiritual growth. Since our outer reality is reflected by our inner reality, this work will greatly improves the quality of your life.
Socrates once said, "To know thyself is the beginning of all wisdom." This statement encourages self-reflection, self discovery and understanding of yourself within the greater reality. Further, this suggests that through the process of bringing awareness and attention of your true Self into your conscious mind you are able to access more of your boundless potential and tap into the vast possibilities within you to create the reality you desire. The underlying issues that prevent this from occurring in the first place comes from attachments and identifications such as those of personhood/personality, belief systems, the roles we play, our story and other experiences. These beliefs and concepts cover up, limit and hinder the expression of true Self which is infinite, whole and perfect. It is analogous to how our vision is affected when seeing through a dirty windshield. We must remove what is blocking access to our true Self for it to flow effortlessly and perpetually, permeating every aspect of our life. I am here to assist you in Self discovery through introspection to get to the root of the limiting beliefs, societal/religious/cultural programs and other conditioning picked up throughout life that is preventing you from realizing what you are truly capable of. It is a process of uncovering, acknowledging and removing everything that no long serves your highest good - which is everything that is not authentic to you. You must do the work to liberate yourself and it is simple. I humbly serve as a mirror and guide.
You can think of this process as bringing the butterfly out of the caterpillar. This is true alchemy - transforming the base into the divine.
Some Core Principles
Nikola Tesla stated, "If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." This simple but profound truth is the basis for how we operate at Sacred Solace Haven. We harness the power of high frequency energy in all we do to facilitate your healing at the highest level.
Where attention goes, energy flows. What we give our attention to grows because we are giving it our energy. The reverse is also true. By no longer giving our attention (energy) to something, we detach from it and reclaim our energy for other purposes.
Frequency
Our vibration as a creator is love, peace, joy, clarity, power and passion. Energy exists in frequency (the rate at which a vibration oscillates) and the frequency we operate at determines and reflects our state of being. It dictates how and what we create, and how we experience life. The higher the frequency, the closer we are to the divine, our true essence. When we operate at higher frequencies we are able to experience those pristine states of love joy, peace, power clarity and passion, because that is what we are. Lower frequencies are associated with what we would say are undesirable emotional states such as fear, anger, anxiety, confusion, stress, violence and depression. We always have the choice in which frequency to operate in and experience. To raise our frequency and experience the higher frequency states requires that we stop identifying with those things that exist in the lower frequencies. This is called detachment, and we do this in order to free our misused energy in order to manifest the life we truly desire.
